Since 1994 this biennial event has rotated between the four Atlantic Provinces and has brought together national and international Buyers to provide them with an opportunity to experience Atlantic Canada’s products.
Atlantic Canada Showcase is a Buyer-seated marketplace designed especially for the group tour, F.I.T. and specialty travel industry and will be hosted in Saint john, NB from October 6-8, 2025 with pre and post familiarization tours available.

There will be complimentary airport transfers for buyers and sellers on Monday, October 6 and Thursday, October 9 to and from the three host hotels (Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John, Hilton Saint John, and Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View)
Please note all buyers must have their travel itinerary approved by the registration manager prior to booking to receive reimbursement. If you are participating in a pre or post fam, information on where and when you should arrive/depart is posted on the FAM page.
The Venue
Saint John Trade and Convention Centre
The Saint John Trade & Convention Centre is the largest such facility in the Province of New Brunswick. With 23,454 square feet of pillar-free meeting space it consists of a 17,000 square foot ballroom, large foyer, six breakout rooms, a boardroom, and a welcome centre. With a capacity of 2300 people, it is the ideal venue for Trade Shows, Conventions, large or small meetings, social functions, fundraisers, concerts, or dance competitions. Its street access and large loading dock also make it ideal for product launches and vehicle exhibits.
Registration and marketplace will take place at the Saint John Trade and Convention Centre. Day time meal functions will take place at the Delta Saint John by Marriott.
