These IP addresses and domain names are captured (logged) and summarized as part of system administration to monitor the use of the website. We may also monitor a visitor’s movement within our site, as well as review Google data from its interest-based advertising and 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender, and interests). We use this aggregated information to improve the quality of our website and to evaluate traffic statistics, such as the number of visits to our site, the average time spent on our site, the time of day and days of week at which we see peak traffic, the number of pages viewed and various other site statistics. This information helps us improve the quality of our content and provide a more useful online experience for our visitors. “Personally identifiable information” is information about a person that is readily identifiable to that specific individual. It includes, for example, an individual’s name, street address, email address, or phone number.

Personally identifiable information will not be collected unless you voluntarily send an email message, fill out and send an online form, or fill out personal information and send in a survey. Your choice not to participate in these activities will not impair your ability to access certain information or obtain a service. Unless specifically protected under law, any information provided may be inspected by the public or disclosed in a legal proceeding.

We will not attempt to match any personally identifiable information that you provide to us with your IP address, unless there are reasonable grounds to believe that doing so would provide information that is relevant and material to an authorized law enforcement criminal investigation.
